Luxury vinyl has gained ground fast in Seattle homes. Here is why homeowners keep choosing it:
Versatile Enough for Any Room
Luxury vinyl comes in a wide range of styles that copy wood, stone, tile and even concrete with real detail.
Built to Handle Daily Life
Modern LVT and LVP resist scratches, stains and moisture damage, so they hold up in busy households.
Warmer and Softer Underfoot
Luxury vinyl feels more comfortable than traditional tile or stone, which makes it easy to live with in any room.
Waterproof and Water-Resistant Options
Many luxury vinyl products are waterproof or water-resistant, which makes them a strong pick for kitchens, bathrooms and basements.
Simple to Clean
Regular sweeping and the occasional mop is all luxury vinyl needs to keep looking good.
Both offer the same durability, versatility and style. The difference comes down to format:
Designed to replicate hardwood planks, with a range of wood species, colors and grain patterns. A good fit for living areas, hallways and bedrooms where you want a wood look.
Mimics stone or ceramic tile, usually in square or rectangular shapes. A good fit for kitchens, bathrooms and entryways where a tile look suits the room.
The choice comes down to the look you want. Bring your room measurements to our Lynnwood showroom and we will set samples of both side by side.
Whether you are shopping for luxury vinyl tile in Seattle or the surrounding areas, we can help. We serve Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Auburn, Renton, Tacoma, Lynnwood, Edmonds and Bothell. Our showroom carries a wide selection of luxury vinyl, so you can find the style and color that fits your home.
