We hope you are all safe and healthy and are following our Governors' orders regarding the COVID-19 crisis. For Washington State, it has been determined that hardware and home improvement stores  ( ← See pg. 11 of the PDF ) are essential services that are allowed to continue operations. As a home improvement supplier to residential as well as many medical and governmental facilities, Nielsen Bros is exempt from this order.

While our showrooms will have different hours and consultations will be by appointment, we will continue to service customers by fulfilling orders and making deliveries. Customers can also shop virtually via our online product catalog, and we are also able to send samples or photos of any material upon request.

Our sales staff will be operating remotely for the most part, but are available for private appointments in our showrooms as needed. Meanwhile, our warehouses remain operational, our suppliers are still functioning, and our inbound shipments will continue. We have plentiful stock and are able to fulfill customer orders.

We take the health and safety of our employees and customers very seriously and continue to follow CDC recommendations, such as frequently sanitizing our showrooms, warehouses, and all common areas. In addition, our employees continue to adhere to a protocol of frequent hand-washing, respiratory etiquette, and safe social distancing.
